If you choose the whole organisation as the main player, everyone's performance counts towards the pot.
2. Teams
If you choose teams as the main players, the campaign will highlight the success of the teams in achieving their goals. In addition, teams can compete against each other if they wish.
3. Individuals
If you choose individuals as the main players, the campaign will highlight the success of individuals. In HeiaHeia, individuals can follow each other's progress.

1. Wellbeing points
Points are awarded for steps, exercise, micro-actions and encouragement - it all counts! ..Or perhaps you have your own vision of what points should be awarded for? HeiaHeia also supports custom point systems.
2. Exercising
Minutes measured and recorded (over 500 activities) count towards exercise challenges. You can also select specific sports to be counted and change the unit from time to distance covered.
3. Steps
Step challenges count measured and recorded steps. The collection of steps is suitable for everyone, making it a very low threshold for participation.
+ Micro actions
Select the micro actions to collect points. A great way to add themes that are important to your organization (mental wellbeing, safety at work, environmental responsibility, etc.)
